Dear Parents/Carers, 

This is just a quick reminder about Year 5's trip to Liverpool on Friday 15th November.

If you haven't made payment due to parent pay access, please let your child's class teacher know/ the office and we can help you access this. 

Please can we ask that all payment contributions (£10) are made no later than Wednesday 13th November 2024. 

If you selected the grab-a-bag option on your child's return slip, a packed lunch has been ordered for them. If you selected 'No' to this option, please ensure your child comes with a packed lunch which is in a plastic bag and the full packed lunch (including the drink bottle) is in disposable packaging as this will be thrown away after lunch on the day. 

The weather forecast for Liverpool on Friday is looking to be dry, however, please ensure your child comes to school with a coat. 

We are aware that our trip is on the same day as Children In Need day. Due to us being outside of the school grounds, children must come into school with their school uniform on. If children wish to wear a Children In Need T-shirt under their school jumper, they can do, however, please be aware that this will be covered with their school jumper. 

Finally, we will be leaving for Liverpool first thing in the morning, so please ensure you child is in school on time. We are due to return to school in time for the usual end of the school times but if, for traffic reasons, we are looking at being late, this will be updated on Jotter and Twitter on the day.
