Dear Parents/CarersDear Parents/CarersA reminder that we will be holding our annual ‘Lighting of the Tree’ festival on Monday 4th December at 6pm for Years 1-6.

Please ensure children dress accordingly with *waterproof coats, hats, scarves and gloves!!!* Children will need to be brought back to school in full school uniform, by an adult no later than *5.40pm* and taken to their usual entrance points at school.  They will be taken into class by staff and registered.  

Please make your way to the viewing area on Charles Street and Pickup Street, outside of the top playground. We will then bring the children out to stand around the tree and you will be treated once again to our outdoor carol service!  
Refreshments and the Chip Van will be available throughout the event.

Please note that Pickup Street outside the front of school will be closed for this event and we therefore ask that you do not drive down as there will be no space for parking.

Please make sure that your child is collected by an adult from their usual exit points after the event which will finish by 7pm.
We are looking forward to this special event which we hope will create a special Christmas memory and also demonstrate our vision of #let your light shine!
